Atlanta Bespoke Banquette
For the Sky Club in Concourse B, Atlanta Hartsfield Jackson International Airport, Futimis Interiors was challenged to provide an exclusive bespoke seating that would not only amaze the visitors but also stand the test of time. Futimis team has made a unique serpentine banquette with concealed power and data modules.
The banquette features soft vinyl seating, channeled fabric back, walnut trim and plywood sub-structure that is designed utilizing our 3-D modeling and CNC manufacturing process that shortens design and fabrication time and reduces waste. Serpentine banquette has high walls for privacy, conveniently integrated power outlets and luxuriously upholstered Scottish leather from Muirhead.
The bespoke banquette in the center of the club was created alongside with Boss Design to create versatile gathering places, including both intimate areas for solo travelers and casual, conversational areas for larger groups. The banquette was intentionally crafted using dimensions and materials typically found in residential environments for maximum durability in a high traffic environment and maximum comfort for travelers on long layovers.
Seattle Bespoke Banquette
For the Seattle second Sky Club seating area Futimis Interiors was asked to create something unique and stylish that would “wow” Delta’s clients. After a careful examination and discussing with our design and manufacturing teams alongside Boss Design team, Futimis Interiors has made a bespoke powered lounge seat that doesn’t look like any other.
Placed in the center of the club, this futuristic looking banquette attracts the eye of the visitors as soon as they walk into the club. Our team of professionals integrated power outlets that are conveniently placed around the trim of the banquette, letting its users charge their devices at any time.
The banquette was intentionally crafted using dimensions and materials typically found in residential environments for maximum durability in a high traffic environment and maximum comfort for travelers on long layovers.
Food Service Counter
For this project, Delta asked Futimis to create Food Service Counters for their Delta Sky Club. The requirements were as follows: finest quality and materials that wouldn’t disappoint any customer, the design and durability that would stand the time in a busy environment, convenience and a pleasant appearance. Futimis successfully met the requirements and installed our bespoke Food Service Counters. These counters are made with the highest quality materials and utilizing the leading technology in adherence to the industry’s guidelines. The counters are designed to create a welcoming environment and a lasting impression with quartz tops, laminate finishes and stainless steel bases. These counters are perfectly integrated in the Delta Sky Club environment and guarantee a convenient and easy use for the customers.
Greet Walls
Futimis has been working with Delta for over 16 years, mainly focusing on Delta’s Sky Clubs. In an effort to create a signature “Meet and Greet” structure that the customers would recognize all over the world, Delta Team alongside Futimis created a concept of Greet Wall. The signature Greet Wall features illuminated display with LED lighting and plastic laminate finish. These walls are unique in their own way because of the way they were developed and are installed. Instead of having a solid surface, Futimis created a system of separate diamonds that go in together and look like a solid surface is solid. This process helped to decrease installation time and created an eye-pleasing look. These Greet Walls create an easily identifiable Delta Brand and provide an aesthetic connection with each Delta location through the integration of Delta-specified colors, materials, and finishes.
"Live Edge" Table
Futimis is proud to present its unique line of tables called the “Live Edge” tables. These tables are handcrafted natural masterpieces that will “wow” a sophisticated connoisseur of style and comfort. These one-of-a-kind solid wood live edge tables are handcrafted from sustainably harvested timber and sit slightly on simple stainless steel trapezoidal legs with levelers. These rare natural edge slabs have the sculpted edge preserved making each table a unique piece. The library table comes with 2 built-in power and USB charging modules conveniently mounted at a table top.
Occasional Oval Table
For this project, Futimis was challenged to create a table that would fit in any atmosphere and space but still be unique in its presentation. Futimis’ team has created this cantilevered oval table- the newest member to powered side table line by Futimis. This custom oval coffee table with a quartz top combines professional design, style and comfort. The table comes in a variety of finishes complete with dual/data modules conveniently mounted below the floating top. The stainless steel base has hydraulic, self-leveling glides for customer’s comfort and unforgettable experience.
Ambassador Podium
In an effort to improve the customer engagement and experience at Delta’s Sky Clubs, it was determined that their Ambassadors needed to be detached from the standard desk station. A smaller, sculptural kiosk was favored that would allow the Ambassador to detach from the desk and circulate to greet customers. This concept would contain the necessary hardware to assist each customer with check-in functionality.
Working closely with the Delta marketing team, FUTIMIS INTERIORS developed a series of prototypes using 3D modeling to create custom molds to cast solid surfacing in new and exaggerated shapes. The final concept merges two elliptical shapes into an elegant solid cast shell of polished solid surface. A removable cabinet on the agent side contains all of the required technology and wire management. This cabinet can be easily removed for access to the equipment and wiring. A custom glass screen rendered in Delta sapphire glass attached with stainless steel fittings was developed to hide the backside of the counter mounted monitor.
The Ambassador Podium represents a significant step forward in our ability to develop solutions that would have been traditionally difficult to envision and fabricate. Delta plans to rollout the first series of podiums at the Ronald Reagan International Airport (DCA) Sky Club in Washington, D.C., in the Spring of 2018.
